Graphics Tablet shopping

I'm trying to decide on what tablet to get.Currently im testing out a g-pen 610 series,which is ok except for the shortcuts on the side that tend to get in the way.I have a $200 budget and I only intend to spend $140 at the most.I liked the medium bamboo fun,but it costed way too much.

requirements

*multi-touch(never really liked it)
*high levels of pressure(1024+)?
*medium/large active area
*no drawing programs like corel,adobe elements etc.
