Port forward doesn't work for some people like me.

You don't need to port foward on most Vista's, The main problem here, Is most Likey your ipv6 has gotten its full and needs a small break. What you need to do is turn it off in settings and in two days or more "TURN IT BACK ON" And your good, Happend to me once, Ill make a help topic if this becomes a big issue. Welcome.

What gave you that idea? Bl doesn't even use IP v6. Also, operating system has nothing to do with port forwarding. That would be the router.

My first guess is that your LAN IP changed and the port forward settings aren't updated

What the hell are you talking about?

Sometimes Ipv6 gets in the way of ipv4/ipv3 prodicals, Its best to turn this off for awhile to resolve this issue, Trust me this has been Proven Countless times to work.

Sometimes Ipv6 gets in the way of ipv4/ipv3 prodicals, When The undying connection is worn, it relys on ipv6 but when its badly worn as so peer-to-peer WILL NOT WORK.(Thus Causing Blockland to not work on internet) So when its had some time to recover. It'll be ready for another 3 mounths Of full-time use. But really Its best to turn this off for awhile to resolve this issue, Trust me this has been Proven Countless times to work.
Note: Ipv6 Has been known to get in the way of ipv4 funcations, if its worn.

^On Topic Edit^

I'm on an XP and my ping is ---

Some people can join, some can't. If you can't join it's just like "Well stuff."

prodicals

What the forget is a prodical.

Btw, @OP: Did you portforward both TCP and UDP? It only works for me when portforwarding both. Only TCP is not enough.

--- only means the server is not pingable, such as UPnP.

Huh?

Port forward again. This happened to me and I found that my IP had changed.

It was a spelling error.
(Internet) Protocol.

Huh?
A UPnP server cannot be pinged, thus returning ---. Some people's Blockland gets errors while setting up UPnP making it not joinable. But, it still marks it as working, and communicates with the master server. So, a server with faulty UPnP setup is still listed, and with --- ping.

A very common thing.
