Key not being sent

As the topic suggests, my auth. key has not been sent and I doubt it will be. It has been 5 hours since I purchased BLR, I recieved the confirmation in my inbox but not the code. I know its not been put into Spam or been deleted. I shall post the transation details if neccesary.

No, it's automatic but in some rare cases the server cannot send mail to certain people and I have to send the key manually via a different server.  So far it's only happened twice.
