Average is usually around 50 and 60 FPS

The OSX GUI and it's fancy effects is handled by the GPU last I heard.

Try Crysis, Metro 2033, or some Dragon game which I forget the name.

Well, you don't even have to, the 9400 isn't that great, I guess it's better than the average card nowadays. I'd say average is around 8800? Maybe.
