I play the trombone. I've played for a year now, and I think that though it's a bit difficult to play, it's very fun to play.

In order of most practice to least

Trombone - 6 years w/ 3 years private lessons
Piano - 1 1/2 years of private lessons
Euphonium - 1 Year (its like a mini tuba)
Recorder - Don't we all? half of second grade
Your Mother - twice at the Bar-B-Que'er
Guitar - can play some select Greenday songs :D
Finger Piano - a car ride back from the florida beach (before it got ragequit into the garbage)

You should play in marching band, its hard as hell to keep it parallel to the ground, but you learn to play so loud you can make your own ears cry.
