Adults hate Christmas, you always spend more buying people stuff than you'd get in your gifts, and you usually only get 2 or 3 gifts max. I think last year since I had a full time job then with big tips I spent over $1000 on gifts and prob got under $100 in gifts, my sister and mom merged together to get me a Professor Layton game (which they both so conveniently wanted), and my grandpa got me $50 and my grandma got me the same cologne she gets on HSN every year.
