According to canyourunit.com, my graphics card meets the recommended requirements, but it still shows up red. Also I can only run the game on the bare minimum settings even though it should be able to handle the game at at least medium settings.

It will run, but not very well.
I've tried it before with a 7300 GT.

Canyourunit.com is a good site for a rough estimate if you can run it, but if you're that close to recommended chances are you could run it, but barely.

Perhaps your card isnt supported by Fallout 3?

I don't understand why it isn't supported if it meets the reccomended settings.
