XBOX Live connection help!

Ok, so in my bonus room, the connection is just fine. But when i bring it downstairs to my uber-big plasma flatscreen TV _{jealus much? :3}, it wont connect! I know im plugging it in right, but im not sure whats goin on! Any and all help is appreciated!

are you sure it's plugged in correctly? try running the diagnostic thing on your xbox.

Are you sure it's not a phone jack your plugging it in to?
