RAT virus infecting my comp. Problen fixed

OK so heres the story.
LIek yesterday or two days ago, Chriz gave me this haven and hearth client. He said it had great features I decided to try it. It didn't appear to work and some problem happened.
Today, I asked Chriz why won't it work and then he says try again. Then suddenly he says Feep sent it and it's some virus?
Then I invited Feep to chat and he says it's a RAT virus and he wanted to "test" it.
Now my computer keeps having its folders open again and again like spam and its annoying the hell outta me.
Before that ends, Feep says Ravian sent it.
What the forget is going help :(
I need on whatever a RAT virus is and how to remove it since I cannot even type for a few second without folders opening up

Look up in yahoo,"how do disable rat virus."type it how I just typed it.There is a thing called RAT Virus|Antivirus software.It says something inside on how to disable it.Hope this helped.

it wasn't feep, feep tried to infect him but failed. he had me test it and it worked, and billions of gay research images later we tried infecting shafin

however it didn't have compatibility with Windows 7 so its not us.
