Not too bad. You do need to work on a few things like the height between floors looks a bit awkward, but otherwise you seem to have potential from what I can tell here.

This.

The house could also use some foundation.

Yay! A duck!  :cookieMonster:

The couch didn't look very good.

I loved on cape cod 3 years ago, Then i moved to New Hampshire (Which is much better imo)

Yay! Canada is actually being recognized! Unless it's the one in the US.

Props = No

And, the interior isn't that good, it's bland

Exterior is great.

This.

Nice! I don't take time by adding all that detail ( the only reason why is that I make my
builds effective for Deathmatches)
So, 99/100

Nice exterior, but you might want to use less spamy bricks on the roof.

Thanks for all of the constructive criticism. I think all of the comments are going to help me make my builds better and better thanks everyone.  :cookieMonster:

Very nice exterior.  I've seen both of your builds, and I suggest you work more to adding detail to the interior.  Other than that, my rating is 8/10

It looks nice, but it would look much nicer if you could consolidate your brick count, make it more efficient.

The roof is made by 1x2's. Get rid of them.
The less bricks it uses the better I like it.

If that was good i would probably rate 10/10 :)

I don't like how you did the exterior, with the bricks making a grid. It seems bland to me. Could you perhaps try making them in a more "brick-wallish" pattern?

boohoo props are bad, they're not square
let's get rid of the weapons and JVS too :(
