Noob in my server

I keep getting 2 new noobs in my server, who wont bother how to learn how to play blockland, and dont even know how to fire weapons! I hada zombie DM up, and guess what? They built a house instead! Zombies kept coming after them, and they're like "Help me with zombie coming after me". Im like "shoot them".

What do I do?

Tell them to do this: Use the tutorial. Or you will be perma banned off of my server.... And if they dont learn. ban them.

Tell them that they are in a zombie deathmatch and not in a freebuild, or disable their ability to build
