Call of Duty is balanced just fine, and as for one hit kills: CoD is a lethal game, battles aren't intended to be lived very long.
No fun allowed eh? Maybe it's just me, but CoD lacks in the fun factor that Halo has

I disagree again, they are fun for different reasons.

also guys, I can't play M rated games. But my dad let me play halo 2. If my dad let me play M rated games, I would play call of duty games, Prototype, and fallout games.

Halo was good.
I still don't know why Reach was before 1, but Reach has more abilities.

Prototype wasn't that bad.

Because, that was on Reach, Reach was glassed after the Pillar of Autumn took off with Cortana, the Pillar of Autumn only had what was on board which wasn't much compared to what Reach had, since you're on the Pillar of Autumn in Halo Combat Evolved

there was this level I was on called Oracle, and I play as a alein. Then Flood invaded these labs.

Halo:Combat Evolved>Halo 2>Halo: Reach>Halo 3=Halo 3: ODST

Never the less they are all very good games.

Halo 2 > Halo > Halo 3 >  ODST > Reach

You can't count any minute details like that as canon, only the vague story is the canon because things have to be changed/added for gameplay purposes rather than being canonical (because some ideas had been invented AFTER Halo 1 was even released). Such is the case of the huragok (the 'engineer'). It was going to be in Halo and Halo 2 but was pretty much all just concept work and was never added. The only hint that they even had that idea is a dev model hidden in the files.
