I looked at about 20, all under $500, and came across the one I liked best:

What do you guys think? I wanted to use this for gaming for performance and quality, and that it's small like the one I have now.
And that I want this 0.5 second video delay on my Wii to dissapear. Wii Sports it the only playable thing. :c

The only thing you can use that for is surfing the web, writing essays, and listening to music.  And I doubt your 8400 will fit.

NO WEBCAM?
That sucks.
I have my own.

That sounds like my computer now, to be honest. :P

Is this one any better?

crapcrapcrap

Order parts and put it together.

Pre-built ones are gay.

Ask Bisjac to lookup parts for you.

I have a slimline and run l4d2 on full settings, however I can't run Just Cause 2 without a 1/2 second delay and Borderlands has problems with the graphics card that I have, so I can only play for ~40 minutes before the game crashes and freezes my computer.

So just dont get the Radeon HD 4600 and you should be fine with games that aren't graphically intense as Just Cause 2.

Alright, thanks for the heads up, even though I don't own any of the games you're talking about. :P

And he told me that he'd be getting http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883147364 instead of what's in the OP. Just not now, but sometime around Christmas.

Lol, ATI Radeon HD 3000? I think that won't get you very far...

I'm almost certain anything new is better than what I have now.

I can't find an image that describes my response.

Lol. I got my 8400 in a computer with a crappy motherboard and only supported processors under 2 GHz.
(It was my first computer. I don't have that anymore. I have a great gaming PC now.)
I could play Gmod on that thing. And on high too. Trust me, if I could do that on my crappy computer, this thing can do more than surfing the web and listening to music. >:|

I can play Gmod on my laptop with a built in Intel graphics card. On high, too. I'm sure he could to better with that. :|

Nice. That describes my response perfectly. =D!

On Topic: Sounds good. You can play some decent games with an 8400 and that processor isn't too bad.
My suggestion: Build your own PC. If you  don't know how to build them, then get someone else to do it.
I built a high-end PC that can play Crysis on high for cheaper than that thing. All you need is a decent
Motherboard
Processor with 3 Ghz Quad/Dual core <
Ram 2 GB <
NVidia Graphics card 9300 <
Good power supply. =)
Any case that it fits in. (Not technically necessary, but highly suggested. O.o )

Processor with 3 Ghz Quad/Dual core <  You really don't need 3Ghz for a quad core but if you have some spare money then go at it.
Ram 2 GB < Most games require 3 gigs of ram so you'll probably want to get 4 gigs of ram since your OS takes about 1 gig.
NVidia Graphics card 9300 < No, the 9300GT is stuff. Get the 460GTX, it's 250 bucks but well worth the money.
Good power supply. =) Specifically over 500 watts.

I'd say go for it, mainly because the computer I'm using now is a piece of stuff compared to that, and this computer was around $500.
