This happened way before BC existed. I was making an underground garden (as in a previous server build I made with with Invader Zim) and Ephialtes saw. Ephialtes took the underground floor as a future place for train tracks, which he then permabanned me. First of all, a permaban is too much even if I was really building against what you said. Second, admin abuse.

1. Then you're handicapped, you should remain banned.
2. It's a download test. You can test downloading by joining any server.

I tend to stay clear of Badspots server, I have nothing against him, I just don't like to go on that server. I have no idea why.

1. A while ago I searched and I found a person by the name of Rotondo, I didn't see any posts by him so I thought he might have left.
2. What's wrong about trains?
