Are diet scams really fake? The truth revealed!  [Yes, they're backing up their scams]

Seriously, just look at the patterns, most of the scams involving these usually have "As seen on BBC/CBS/CNN and etc " plastered on, and a bitmap advertisement that looks like it was assembled with some google images and Microsoft paint.
It's all the same they all use the same techniques of, for example, in the "google pays you" scams, they usually set up websites like [Briongotcash] [Cindygotcash] and have pictures of people holding some sort of cheque with google slapped on, and there's always going to be fake approval badges from BBC and CBS, so obviously, it's all coming from the same source.
Since this is flooding the internet for almost a year now, something should be done about it, Google themselves have banned them from using Google Ad-sense, but they're using different advertising companies now.

Done.

I get paid for paying people
My mother works as an account and does payroll for several businesses, so she does actually get paid to pay people.

She's on every fake news ad in the last year.
