Port forward on Windows 7 is a problem for me right now because where do i find my "Network and dial-up settings" so i can put my DNS numbers in so i can host a online server?

Not all routers do.

Get a user Manual (can be found online) for your network router, and figure out how to enable UPNP (Universal Plug 'n' play).
