Europe was forgeted by the resource wars, nothing left.
China was loving VAPORIZED in the great war, as we fired our entire nuclear arsenal at them, and nobody else, while china fired theirs at both Europe and us.
If the resource wars didn't take out the UK, either China or fallout from Europe would've, and Japan is in a similar boat due to being near China.

EDIT: I think Japan had been taken over by China, so we'd of forgeted them too.
Also China evidently didn't have as much nuclear countermeasures as we did, so our offensive was met with barely any resistance, while we had disabled most of theirs.

tl;dr asia is forgeted and europe would've been horrendously irradiated to the point that necropolis looks clean.

also also, stop loving saying LA, Fallout 1 has gone over it. LA was pretty much destroyed.

Tokyo, maybe. I'm no Japanophile, but the change of scenery would be nice. The differing dialects might be hard to deal with, though.

seriously, ive played all the fallout games and honestly, falllout 3 and new vegas are the same stuff, its way too boring and repetitive
fallout online is my last hope, but im gonna stick with that fallout 2 online mod

Sounds stupid. All radiation does to "mutate" you in the fallout-verse is cause you to become a ghoul, which isn't fixable.

Right. It was the FEV virus that mutated creatures not radiation.

FEV only created super mutants, the master, centaurs, and floaters. The other creatures are the result of radiation, but this was over hundreds of years of mutation and breeding.
