Hello, people. As you know, it's halloween. Many of you ask, "Where did halloween come from?" Well, it's quite simple. When the christian religion got into Europe, they found a ton of "pagan" religions. So, to keep people switching to Christianity happy, they created "all hallows eve" to be the day before "all hallows day," on November first, which was the day of a certain pagan ceremony to celebrate the dead.
So, for halloween today, I've dressed myself up as a zombie. Quite simple, don't you think? Well, it's actually quite complicated. First, I bought some stage blood from one of those temporary holiday stores at the local mall, and took some shirt of mine. Then, I squeezed out some blood onto my shirt (outside, mind you) and spread it around with a leaf, and now I'm waiting for it to dry. Also, I'm going trick-or-treating with an old friend of mine. I expect him to wear something old fashioned, because he likes old fashioned stuff and last year he was a character from a richardens book (which by the way are pretty good.)
Happy Halloween,
Red Cube
