some one said that badspot put up a draw distance patch to fix the draw distance, but I can't find it. can you tell me where it is?

It is not a patch. You go into Options and Graphic settings, then move the slider.

Stupid no edit button: And uncheck automatic-draw-distance or whatever it says. You'll find it.
