I have a good theory here:
v0002 has your system down to forward IT'S exe somewhere in the network settings under the ICMP or something, so get rid of that value then add the value of the retail exe.

I could host fine on Blockland/Return to Blockland, with up to 32 players on my server at a time. Now, I've purchased retail, and I'm unable to host at all, using the exact same ports.

It works exactly the same way. Make sure your security software/windows firewall isn't blocking it since it's a new exe.

Except windows doesn't want it to conflict so it only port forwqards the one already there.

I haven't had a single issue with not being able to host... Worked fine, straight out of the box, so to speak...
