How do I open rar. files?

1. Get WinRAR 30 day trial which doesn't even end after 30 days
2. Convert to zip

Ummm I converted my guns to zip. file but they wont show up in the add-ons list in the game. D:

-Description.txt
-Server.cs

And plus anything for images and stuff.
