Did something happen w/ Daylight Savings Time?

Quick thread here, I saw my atomic clock changed by 1 hour, my computer said it was 9:00 and the clock said it was 10:00, the internet says it's 10:00, but I can't find anything about DST changing now.
The forget is going on?

My comp said it was 9 when it was 10 this morning, even though I'm in US.
