this is on my school network, and I go to a boarding school
I believe it is due to the firewalls on my school, but I am not 100% sure, any ideas?

Oh and I have all firewalls disabled on my computer.

The schools usualy use a firewall to stop you from going to different websites that the system doesen't know.
