Computer Crashing

Please Note: No, i don't have a virus so that's not it.

Everytime I Have 5 (or more) Programs running, First the Screen goes Black for a Second Then The Blue Screen of Death Shows (i have Windows Vista T_T). Then i Turn it off on the PC Tower.

Disscuss why it's Going on like that.
