I don't care what you say, marijuana is a drug. It is an illegal drug. Drugs cause health problems. Who gets to pay for your health problems? Oh yeah, taxpayers. The one and only thing that should ever enter your lungs is air. Normal air. The air you breathe every day.
How shockingly naive. Tobacco and alcohol are far more harmful. There are a million arguments against the stupidity above. All it takes is a simple google search and an open mind.
For the last decade the GOP has campaigned on three things: lowering taxes, reducing spending, and maintaining government benefits. To do this is simply impossible. All they do is reduce taxes, reduce regulation, and increase spending while in power (and let's not forget attacking civil liberties) and then blame the Democrats when it all goes to stuff. Seriously, has anyone actually paid attention to the recent campaigns of these people? They can't even name any programs they want to cut, all they use is rhetoric designed to fire up their base. Be you a fiscally conservative Libertarian or a progressive Liberal, I don't see how any self respecting person can vote for this party. Ron Paul is the only Republican who I can think of who doesn't pull this stuff, but he's loving stupid. It's rather sad.
The Democrats are hardly better, but they have a few members who are true to the principles of the left. Most are conservatives or centrists, but people like Feingold give hope to the party. That is, of course, until they're voted out last night.
God damn people are stupid.
