Author Topic: iPod problem  (Read 663 times)

This morning I charged my iPod. Plugged in my headphones on the bus, and no music played. I tried several different songs none played. I turn it off and it won't turn back on. I plugged it into my computer and it remains the same. Help

Put it in recovery mode, then try plugging it in to your computer.

Are you sure the sound settings weren't off?  :cookieMonster:

I'm sure. And how would that relate to it not turning on?

Hold down the button with the square in it, and the power button(I think thats what it's called).
You know you've done it right once your screen looks like this.

Then you just have to sync it to itunes, to get back your apps/music/movies.
