Steam is not working.

For some reason steam or steam games won't open.

I double click, the loading icon for vista appears on the mouse for a split second on nothing happens.

ahh yes, this happened to me once. What I did was restart my pc a couple of times and i left it by itself for a while. When I came back to it a few hours later, it was working.
