Perhaps it's a manifestation of stress. My friend's cousin, I believe, had a very similiar case. Try just relaxing. Eat well. Maybe consider talking to someone about it. I do hope it all turns out well. c:
Also, don't tell yourself that you're a paranoid schizophrenic, above all else. Don't try to repress anything you may hear and see either, but find a way to cope with it. I get similiar such things, as well as those gnawing voices within my mind. And I feel acting out what they are saying helps (That is, speaking what they say and responding). But if you find yourself having sudden desires to submit to violence, it's best advised to seek medical help. :s
