Basically the title says it all and it seems to have been working a little for me, i stopped eating chips, and started eating bananas and drinking apple juice, and my acne seems to be slowly reducing.

/i know that, but i never knew fruits could help acne.

Could just be a cycle. My acne gets better then worse in a bipolar sort of way just about every week.

Stopping eating chips might be what's helping as well.

I had huge pustules all over my face last year, this year I started to eat fruit daily, no moar acne :D



Fruit juices are hardly healthy. No better than most sodas in terms of sugar content. A lot of low end fruit juices aren't even 100% fruit juice; they are a corn syurp roostertail with a bit of fruit juice for flavor.

Just eat the actual fruit. You'll get more vitamins, fiber, and it will fill you up better.

The grease and such from chips add to the acne.

And unemployment exists because some people have no work ethic.

I had raging acne after I got chicken pox(At the age of 14 aswell :C) But i've recently just started drinking around 5 large glasses of water a day and all my spots have disappeared.

eating junk food gives you acne, i thought everyone knew this
