If you self-diagnosis, as chasey said, you most likely are just a hypochondriac. That test means nothing. You know what goes on with your mind, and more often than not you can control it. Just relax and if you seriously think you may have an issue of any sort, seek help from a parent or guidance counselor at your school. But otherwise, there is no need to worry over something you might not even have.
And to everyone else, people get paranoid sometimes, your mind can play tricks on you, you can be stressed. That doesn't mean you should be locked in a mental institutions. You are that what you are and nothing can truly change that but you. You can be your own healer or your own worst enemy.
