It depends on what you want to do with it.

you beat me to it ..

put grenades anywhere on the map. ya plug your harddrive in with the transfer cable. then you use the tools above to change the biped's of the grenade, to be a spartan statue thing.

and you know you could just use a USB stick instead of needing a transfer cable right? easier..
