The sentries will kill you if you use invis watches or disguise.
Doesnt work on them

The RC car explodes on-contact with any enemy or enemy sentry, but you can detonate it yourself.

also if you have a sentry kit and a sapper in your inventory when you use the sapper and try to immediately set up a sentry it says you cant

and then you can immediately spawn an RC sapper
