games dont lag, computers do.

You're both wrong. Lag occurs between two computers, it's communication latency. So, when you start jittering around on FPS servers, or the lag symbol appears on torque servers, that's lag.
What you are talking about, is low FPS. Basically, your computer is so stuff it can't compute the next frame of video.
