Sneak into his room at night and inject him with beef gravy.
I read it as Brother eating dinosaur.
What's a healthy weight for fifteen-year olds? 109 sounds fine...
Well, I'm scared now.I'm 14, I eat healthily, barely exercise at all, haven't puked in several years, and I weigh somewhere between 98 and 101 pounds.
you could survive off 1000C a day and still be pretty healthy
If you consider malnutrition and muscle atrophy healthy, then ya!Your brother is such a friend. If he is as physically active as you say he probably needs something like 3000 Calories a day just to maintain a healthy weight.
lol Mr. "I RAPE MY MUSCLES DAILY THEN CHUG PURE loving PROTEIN AND BULLSHARK TESTOSTERONE AND I AM MASSIVE BECAUSE OF MY KARATE-KILLING REGIMENT OF PAIN AND DESTRUCTION.":P
Ya, I'm not like that at all.edit: I don't know if you've ever looked at a bodybuilder, but 99% of the time they are horribly inflexible and are lucky to be able to scratch their back. Their muscles get so huge that even the way they walk becomes stilted and unnatural. They can lift a lot of weight in specific ways, but that is it. They most often lack any endurance or fighting technique.
lol. I was just messing around because of your topic about that karate camp you went to or whatever. It sounded ridiculous.I feel like knowledge is much more important in a fight than brute force.Knowing how to break someone's arm will help, as I do in 4 ways.
What karate camp? I take regular classes every week in several different martial arts, how does that sound ridiculous?
