Gets rid of fragmented files. That way you're computer doesn't have to look through a bunch of garbage it can't use when it tries to load things.


Anyway, it works ok. It improved my games load times and fixed a bit of performance issues I was having.

The amount of change will be different if you don't have many hidden programs open.



When I run Blockland it runs much more smoothly.

ITT: inanimate object is pulling mindforgets on us to make us believe our games run faster

downloading more RAM works a lot better, anyways. you can save a lot of money instead of upgrading, too.

I think it also depends on your hardware as well. I only have a 1 GB of RAM (Meaning to upgrade), but this really helps out.
