Hmm. Just a thought, you could have a duplicate tower with another generator for residence, and the first tower for IcyGamma business. To go from these, you'd have something along the lines of a sideways elevator. Powered by the generators.

Yeah. Actually that's what I pictured. But it had a little moving platform in it. Or one of those treadmill kinds of things you see in Airports.
