Author Topic: Well, I just got ubuntu to load.  (Read 1010 times)

In low-graphics mode.

Fast n all but my normal OS's connection isn't picked up by Ubuntu.. and I don't know how to make an internet connection.

And if I got my dad to help, He'd be like: "KEN NO AFSDSDFDFD JUST USE VISTAAAA"

so.

And online tutorials result in mind = blown

So, I need help.

And ubuntu is.. Okay. Offline.

I bet it'd be better online.

does an OS magically get better when you're connected to the internet?

wat

does an OS magically get better when you're connected to the internet?

wat

Well, I could browse faster.

I could download programs and use them faster

the e-nets

don't you need an internet connection to browse the internet?

EDIT: ok I don't have the mental capacity to get my point across right now but I'll try

basically what I'm seeing here is that you could browse *faster* if you were connected to the internet

but you said you have no connection.. you're implying you can browse it right now, but it'd be faster connected to the internet?

do you mean to say that Ubuntu is faster at browsing than whatever OS you're using right now? I'm pretty sure that's not how it works
