The people who post in wrong topic are usually trolls, such as posting "My dad died in real life." right under the "NO NOT POST REAL LIFE EVENTS" post. You'd have to be mentally handicapped not to see, read, and understand that.
Also, bad spelling and grammar is also an indication of low intelligence, very young age, or trolling, or a combination.

Spelling a letter off, or an accomplished user here making an occasional post in a wrong topic generally doesn't get too much negative attention.

But when halo1284815721, who registered just yesterday and only has one post, which is them posting the mininuke in the add-ons section. With grammar such as "loel i got teh mininuke evry1 love!!1!". It's fairly obvious.
