But seriously, it should:
1. Be done ahead of time (not to find out that events weren't saved 2 hours before midnight, tisk tisk, Tom)
2. Higher awareness (a topic about it so people know)
4. Multiple New Years' celebrations, starting with east coast and going at least to central time.
5. Higher capacity of the celebration area: more people means more space is needed
