There is no such thing as a key generator, that person was just trying to get you mad.
There is a function which can convert a BL_ID into the first section (5 characters) of their key, but no more than that.

I don't think Kingdaro knows what he is talking about, or what a LAN really is.
Blockland keys can be used on pretty much any IP you want and as many as you want.
Also, a LAN network is generally just confined to ones house.
