Author Topic: Christmas coming up, might get a Windows computer. :D  (Read 1048 times)

Yep. I've had this here mac 10.4 Tiger for about three years. I'm used to the interface now, but I really love Windows computers. Meh, I got this eMac for free, but if it means spending all of my Christmas money to get a Windows computer, I'll do it. I want a so-so one, with a moderate performance. I don't need a super computer, or a gaming computer. I just want a computer that is a modern day moderate. I want to know who to get it from. And a link to one you think I might like. The reason why I'm asking for a link to one I'll like is because I hardly know anything about computers. Example: what is a "moderate" amount of RAM? What specs? I will be very grateful if somebody helped me on this.

Build the computer yourself. Don't know how? Learn how.
Also, 4 Gigs is a moderate amount of Ram.

You're not cool friend.

Could you just sell the mac and use some of the cash towards.

Don't listen to these cigarettes...

I would not recommend building it if you don't have much experience with windows. Building a computer is easy, but the biggest problems arrive when something goes wrong with the OS or you have a bad driver.

Before buying anything check your local craigslist.

You do realize that version is 8 years old?
