Dedicated Working in LAN Only

Anyway. I'm trying to host a dedicated server. I have done so before, with no problems. This time, I seem to have run into an issue.
I seem to have two DedicatedLAN.bat files that are named differently.
Dedicated.bat has exactly the same effect as DedicatedLAN.bat. It starts a server, up and running with ping and everything. However, they are both only visible when QueryLAN is hit.
Anyone have a solution?

Join it through QueryLAN, and it will likely fix any problems.

Done, and aha! It's alive on Internet! With no ping...

Yes, my ports are forwarded correctly. I've hosted dedicated before, folks.
And I know it's joinable with no ping, but I would prefer it to have ping so it gets more traffic.

If it's forwarded correctly, and there's still no ping, then it's a firewall issue.
