Author Topic: Life's sense  (Read 1805 times)

I've sometimes got questioned what my reason to live is, what the sense of life is in my eyes.
Never could I've answered that question before.                   But now I can.

In my opinion, it's very simple.

After a long long process you're finally born, and then you live a so called life.
Some people (like me) enjoy the very last bit of it and will try to do the best out of it but eventually you'll die.
After dead, what's going to happen? What'd you like to happen?
I'd really love it to just be dead after dieing. Like sleeping an endless sleep without dreams.
I don't dream of heaven and hell, don't want to go to paradise and don't want to see Eden and Valhalla.
As simple as it can get, to me a life has no reason to live, has no sense to live. We just do and we should feel lucky that we are the person that we are, that we can see through the eyes that we have.

Some of you might think now; "If he has no reason to live and sees no sense, why doesn't he just kill himself then?"
I'd like to ask you a counterquestion. Why should I?
Just because I don't see a reason to live for and see no sense in life it doesn't mean that I can't enjoy the life my parents give to me, now does it?

Because of this I'm carefree, have nothing to worry! I don't need to worry about the future and don't need to pity me for my sad past. All I can do right now is LIVE.

Nevermind.

tl;dr this too much to read
Its either you ignore this are read the whole thing.

Its either you ignore this are read the whole thing.

I want to read it but It's just too much, I'm a lazy bastard.

I'd really like to have an eternal lucid dream after death.

Well then, I guess you will suffer from not reading.

I like how it was put in that Carl Reiner movie, "Oh, God". Where God answered:
"That to man, and woman persons, their existence means exactly and precisely, not more and not one tiny bit less, just what they think it means and what I think doesn't count at all."

Just an interesting thought. :3

I'd really like to have an eternal lucid dream after death.

This. Being able to make your own world, change it around...
...it'd be like your very own sandbox, your own reality.

Yeah but what would you do after you've done everything?

I want lucid dreaming that is linked with family, and good friends.
