Oh boy, another copy paste from you. It's not the right size (twice the size of a shirt), and it's not blocko. if it is supposed to be a shirt, resize to 256 x 256, and change the filename from "Face_happy.zip" to "Decal_happy.zip". if it's a face, keep the filename, but still resize to 256 x 256.

Oh, and take a couple screenshots from in-game, post them on Photobucket (or similar) and use the IMG code.
