And the budget is kinda tight at my house.
It's probably going to cost somewhere around $200 to get the External Power Supply(450 watts) and to get it installed (who knows? or DIY=Potentially no PC).

How do I make that much money in less than a week?(No drugs, illegal crap please)

My settings are at the bare minimum, running 800x600, and my FPS drops every time I get into battle

i run it max settings 1650x1080 and barely get fps drops
my character's name is "Eir"
i recreated her like 3 times but outside customization the eyes always look HORRIBLE

I just got off for spring break, and I just got my invite to beta. Feels good bro. I'll update this post when I get my character made and stuff.
