Windows already has a defragging tool.
You do not need to download one.


You forgot one thing that makes it also run faster.
Open Folder Options in the Control Panel.
Click the View tab.
Turn "Automatically search for network folders and printers" off.

You can also disable windows services you don't use to speed up.
Turning off the theme does not really do a big "favour" to say so..
I know a good way to speed up your computer.

You should delete all the junk you don't need.
Remove all the programs you don't need.
