Author Topic: Add-ons enabling themselves  (Read 1055 times)

I don't exactly understand why, but when I started a server one day (11-11-10, Thursday) all my add-ons pretty much enabled themselves and have been ever since. This is a problem because I usually only enable the add-ons that I will need. I had not enabled or downloaded any new add-ons for a few days before that, each of which I had a perfectly functional server running. I have checked both my RTB settings and the manual add-ons menu from where I would start a server.

Any extra info includes:
-I had only been running dedicated servers for that day and a few days before
-If needed, I can start a server and post a console.log.

Thanks ahead! (because playing Unlimited Fortmining cityrpg is not exactly fun)

Did you disable the add-ons you didn't need?

Start a Game>Add-Ons>Disable/Enable the ones you want>Launch Game.

You need to start the server for the add-ons to actually be enabled/disabled.

Did you not read those parts?

Victory: The add-ons are no longer malfunctioning.
New problem: What the hell caused it in the first place?

That's not a problem. That's a question.

The problem would be that I don't know the answer to the question. That is the point of a question besides when the asker knows the answer, such as a quiz.
