Author Topic: Multiple audio outputs and programs  (Read 824 times)

I have speakers plugged in the normal speaker ports and I have a USB headset. They are both individual outputs. I want to make certain applications go through the headset and other applications to go through the speakers. Anyone know if there is a program that can do that? (other than IndieVolume, it didn't work.)

Hey tape <3

unless the applications you want to run through different outputs have an option for that, like foobar or vlc where you can choose what outputs you want, i don't think there is a way to go about doing this. I have an audio mixer that acts as an output that most applications i use see as an entirely different "sound card" so i run most things through that while music/foobar runs through my speakers.

works for me.

I can't, I'm not a homoloveual. :(

I'm pretty sure you don't have to suck your computer's richard before you can use software.

If my computer was a Mac, yes, I would.
