Lord of War

Good movie.

Lord of War

Good movie.
I wanted to see that. I'll put it in my Netflix queue

Shutter Island
By far, my favorite movie Leonardo DiCaprio has starred in since Titanic. I could and would watch this movie several times in one sitting. The movie keeps the watchers in suspense, and their minds alert. The ending is like no other and leaves you thinking...
loving loved this movie, it was confusing as stuff, however I expected a horror movie, due to the way my friend described the ad on tv.

The Departed
"Two men from opposite sides of the law are undercover within the Massachusetts State Police and the Irish mafia, but violence and bloodshed boil when discoveries are made, and the moles are dispatched to find out their enemy's identities."

- Has a lot of major actors, and is an excellent movie.

The Hurt Locker
"An intense portrayal of elite soldiers who have one of the most dangerous jobs in the world: disarming bombs in the heat of combat. When a new sergeant, James, takes over a highly trained bomb disposal team amidst violent conflict, he surprises his two subordinates, Sanborn and Eldridge, by recklessly plunging them into a deadly game of urban combat. James behaves as if he's indifferent to death. As the men struggle to control their wild new leader, the city explodes into chaos, and James' true character reveals itself in a way that will change each man forever."

Avatar
Absolutely astonishing film. Never at one point will you get bored watching this movie. With compelling special effects, it's nothing less then what you would expect from James Cameron. (Director of Titanic)

Pearl Harbor (2001)
Great historical film of the events that happened on December 7th, 1945 at Pearl Harbor. It accurately portrays the events before, during, and after the air-raid from the Japanese. Also, we cannot forget the counter-sneak attack later deployed.

If I was trapped in a box for an extensive period of time and I could only bring 5 movies with me to watch on the Television, these would be them. Yes, the box has a TV with a DVD player.

Loved avatar, and Pearl harbor. But will give the rest a try.
