Author Topic: Crash on Visitor Join  (Read 1208 times)

Ok, so I am hosting my server on Internet.  It works fine.  All my mods are in place respectively.  Someone joins, it shows they connect.  Then I crash and my computer is unusable until it is done saying "Security Problems"  I allowed firewalls to let Blockland Through.
This is my problem.

Also, does it have anything to do with [ ] Disable UPnP?

then delete firwall
I guess I'll delete my Recycle bin too!
/sarcasm

Drop the Firewall business, I need Answers.  I wanted to host a Building/Eventing Contest and Admit the winner into my clan.

This is frustrating, Bump.

Can you post an image of the "security problems"?

Like console.log?
That would be nice, but a screenshot of the security message you mentioned in your first post would also be helpful in determining which security block is breaking your game.

First time it gave a security image, after I gave the firewall permission, I only see it as the screen going Black, and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete like 4 times to wake it up.  It's sorta like being in a safemode, but no graphics are changed.  It's over in the end and everything is normal.  However, I noticed one thing:  The Internet is still connected.

I have a feeling that the V14 version of hosting is no longer possible to me ever since some kind of V18 bug.  I do not portforeward, but do not tell me otherwise, my dad thinks it opens us open to being hacked.  Hoping that v20 will usher in more bug fixes, I am probably stuck not hosting for v20 or later.  D:

Can't edit on this topic, but anyways, there is no C++ Runtime Error, no Security Message Displayed.  No Beep or notification of an error.  I believe the router may be cutting off the connection for some reason.
